low water bridge near their home. They had just finished a meeting with a
forensic psychiatrist to work on a clemency case for Cathy Lynn Henderson, who
is scheduled to be executed on April 18, 2007, and encountered flood waters

Mr. and Mrs. List have three donkeys and a miniature mule and have provided a welcome home to many stray dogs over the years. Mr. List has dedicated much of his life during the past six years to saving the life of Cathy Lynn Henderson, his former secretary at Westinghouse in Round Rock. Mr. List has been a tenacious advocate for many causes over the years. He has spent much of his life supporting those missions. He lived with passion and died with passion. He was also a very generous and gregarious man, and often enjoyed engaging in lively debate.
